Gateway to YOSEMITE
Located on the western end of CA 120, Manteca has traditionally served as the Gateway to Yosemite National Park for tourists from Southern California and the Bay Area. Manteca is the last city many drivers stop at before heading up to the park.
The Manteca Convention and Visitors Bureau provides a number of services for visitors interested in going to Yosemite. We provide various brochures and flyers in our office for tourists, and our staff can assist in finding directions and the best paths to visit particular landmarks in the park.
For additional information about the park, its history, and ecology, please feel free to refer to the National Park Services.
